Q: Does the TVS help companies to test or trial products?

No. The TVS is an independent organisation whose mission is to disseminate information, promote research and increase awareness of all aspects of good clinical practice in wound prevention and management. Because of the importance we put on our independence, we cannot support promoting products on behalf of a manufacturer and for this reason sending products directly to us is not appropriate. For the same reason the TVS also does not provide companies with members’ details or forward your details onto our members since this may be seen as product promotion.

However, the TVS does arrange Regional Study Days that are supported by a small company exhibition.  Click here for further information regarding the study days.

You might also like to consider placing an advert in the Journal of Tissue Viability which is sent out to all members on a quarterly basis. If so please contact s.ellis@elsevier.com.


Q: Does the TVS run surveys through their membership database?

No we can’t run surveys, but if the survey is appropriate to our members we can provide a link for people to follow if they wished within one of our regular e-newsletters.
